On 15 – 16 March 2018, Sonia Bhalotra chaired a panel session on ‘What works in health messaging? New international research’ at a workshop on ‘The economics of health behaviours and health information’ at the University of Bath. The workshop brought together academic economists and policy makers to discuss research at the frontier of health economics.
The panel session discussed the role of e-messaging, information provision and data gathering, including surveillance. The three speakers on the panel were: Charles Alessia (Public Health England), Patrick Ladbury (National Social Marketing Foundation), and Dr. Gabriella Conti (Economics, University College London).
